The first job undertaken on takeover was to upgrade the water system to all the trees and shrubs. This was completed on August 10th and now, at the flick of a switch, all plants can be watered.

New Signs are being put into place so customers can easily find what they are looking for. The gift and farm shops have been working hard seeking out new suppliers and new ideas to add to the already popular lines. The new menus are going down well with visitors and the daily specials boards are doing equally well. "

The garden centre staff have been busy choosing the new selection of grasses and marginal plants that have been introduced. A new addition of garden books, for customers who would like some plant information or just ideas, at the cash desk also seems to be popular.

In the future we are hoping to add a decking area to the conservatory at the back of the coffee shop. So lots of things to look forward to in the months to come. We would like to wish previous owners, Tim and Barbara Ward a long and happy retirement and thank them for selling us such a lovely garden centre. And last but not least, a big thankyou to all of the Aylsham Garden Centre Staff, who have made our move such a happy experience, along with all the friendly people we encounter every day who visit the garden centre. Our motto is "well worth a visit".
